Most projects reach us at one of three points — an empty plot, a handed-over shell, or a deadline. We take all three, and we stay on site until it is finished.

Architecture

Ground-up buildings, vertical extensions and facade work. We handle the drawing set, RAJUK submission, structural coordination and site supervision.

Nothing moves to the next stage until you have signed off on the last one. You always know what is being decided and what it costs.

    Site & brief

    We measure the space, check the light and services, and write down what you actually need.

  2. 02

    Concept

    Layout options, a material direction and 3D views. We revise until one of them is right.

  3. 03

    Drawings

    Working drawings, joinery details, electrical and plumbing layouts — the set a contractor can build from.

  4. 04

    Costing

    An itemised BOQ with vendor quotes. You approve line by line before anything is ordered.

  5. 05

    Execution

    Site visits on a fixed schedule, snag list, and handover with your as-built drawings.
